Currently,
prints are printed and send direct from Photobox. (Click
here for information on print quality).
How
are the items sent?
Smaller prints are
sent in specialist photo mailing envelopes. Larger prints may be sent
in stiff cardboard postal tubes.
How
much will the postage/shipping cost be?
Currently UK First class postage
is free, special delivery is £7.00 per order. Overseas shipping will depend on the size
and number of items.
How
long will the order take to arrive?
Photobox process most
orders, received before 4pm, on the same day and then usually take 1-2
working days to arrive.

To check the status
of an order, login into your account (My
Account) and view the relevant order from the Order
history page.

Pending
Your order has
been received, and is awaiting our attention.
Processing
For Debit/Credit
card (paypal) payments, your order is being processed, ready for
shipping.
For Cheque/Postal
order payments, your order has been acknowledged and we are awaiting
payment.
Payment
Received.
For Cheque/Postal
order payments, payment has been received. Orders will be shipped
on clearance of payment.
Dispatched
Your order
has been dispatched. If the order was sent by recorded delivery,
special delivery or Registered airmail, you will be notified of
the tracking number by email.
Order Cancelled
The order has been cancelled,
either by your request, or because the Debit/Credit card payment has
been refused by us.
Email
notifications are sent, whenever there is a change in the status
of an order.
Missing Orders
If you have not received
your order, please use the Contact
Us page, the order will then be chased up with Photobox. Please include
your order number.
Returns
Policy
Below is the current
Photobox returns policy:
If you're unhappy
with any of our products, depending on the particular issue we'll either
simply ask you to return them to our freepost address on our request or
we might ask for a photo of the particular issue. If we can fix the problem
we'll reprint your item but if you're still not happy or would simply
prefer your money back then yes we offer a no quibble guarantee.

with an item, for any reason, please inform us through the Contact
Us page.
